Two weeks ago I took a macaron masterclass at Baroque at The Rocks and learned how to make these delicious French delicacies. This weekend I made my own at home with my brand-spanking-new KitchenAid. There are chocolate and salted caramel macarons here (the blue and pink were just food colouring experiments!). Bon apeptit!
